The software solution is composed of:
SIEL VoIP telephony is a virtual, private telephone switchboard based on IP protocol. It offers above all improvement and expansion of the functionalities of existing telephone technology. It allows for increased utility at a lower cost, without changes in use for the end user.
The web interface is an important part of VoIP telephony. It provides:
user pages for registered users
management of call waiting
management of rerouting
overview of faxes
creation of usernames and groups
centralised user database for various logins
Simple connection of new devices to the system, including independent IP telephones, softphones, SIP clients on mobile devices (gsm telephones), etc.
The advantages of VoIP telephony in comparison with classical telephony are primarily:
lower priced calls
lower priced calls to and from foreign countries
free calls between business units within a system
transparency of use
possibility of monitoring employee telephone use
interoperability with contact lists in mail apps (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
